当社は、エスフーズ株式会社の子会社として安心安全な食肉、食品を、世界の国々から日本の食卓にお届けする事を使命に事業活動を行っております。
2008年の創業以降、リーマンショック、O157食中毒、東日本大震災、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大、ウクライナでの戦争等、ほぼ毎年様々な出来事がありました。
このような目まぐるしい環境変化の中でも、迅速に且つ柔軟に対応し現在17期を迎えることが出来ているのも、お取引様のご協力あっての事と感謝しております。
これからも事業環境の変化に対応し変わり続けることで我々の社是である安心安全な食品を安定的に提供し社会に貢献し続けていく所存です。

- The company becomes a consolidated subsidiary of S Foods, Inc.
2010
- February
- The company opens its Chubu Sales Office in Kiyosu, Aichi Prefecture.
- September
- The company acquires a 100% stake in HK PTY LTD. of Australia through a stock acquisition.
2012
- February
- The company acquires a 60% stake in Tohrey Limited, through a stock acquisition.
- June
- The company acquires a 100% stake in MHK USA LIMITED of the U.S. through a stock acquisition.
- July
- The company moves its Head Office to Koyochonishi in Higashinada-ku, Kobe.

- Investment ratio of Tohrey Limited will be 80% due to acquisition of share.
